When I read Lauren's appreciation of the quality and quantity of information that Nancy Juetten offered in the telecall, I thought, "That's exactly how I felt when I rented her PR brain for an hour."

Nancy's enthusiasm for her work AND for mine, as well as her clear grasp of what works for a press release not only impressed me, but also impressed those who read the finished product.

Nancy gave me so much quality information for all aspects of promoting my business during that call and beyond that I will be certain for futures sessions to record them. Her brain might have been able to hold all those great ideas, but mine couldn't!

You are right Nancy, it is so rewarding to be on calls where the speaker goes deep into content. I too have been on calls that left me feeling like it was perhaps a "waste of time." And, I always take away something, even if it is clearly what NOT to do on a call.

My feeling is that if people are taking the time to engage with you on a telecall, you have an invaluable resource on the other end. Honor them for their time by delivering on what you committed too.

You always provide great content and you are accessible just like that letter indicates.

Congratulations on the delightful acknowledgment and for getting out there in such creative ways.

Wow, what a super vote of confidence for you and your professionalism. We all want to attract paying clients so we can keep doing what we love, but I've found being "of service" is the key to building valuable relationships. Clearly, your generosity of spirit helps you win fans and clients!
