Nancy, what I love about your post is the element of Celebration! It is so important to celebrate our accomplishments, especially when times have been so tough on the business owner in recent history.

When we stop to acknowledge the past, I believe it sets us up for a clearer future. We can make course corrections as needed or stay on the path that we designed when we see how well it is working. It takes that moment of reflection on 'where we have come from' that counts most in the equation.

Finding that noteworthy accomplishment to celebrate, whether an anniversary or an addition to the team - shout it out loud!

Congratulations on your big anniversary! I celebrate with you because you make people sound so good at what they do with your "sound bites," "bios," and "story telling."
